How we operate
Finlang assigns a project manager to manage each project upon receipt of an order. The project manager will, upon undertaking the project, provide translators with the requirements and relevant past reference of the clients to ensure consistency in writing style and terminology on one hand, and enhance efficiency on the other hand.

A feasible, guaranteed date for the delivery of the translation works will be set by the project manager after discussing with the translators. The project manager will also keep track of progress so as to update clients with job status during the whole process.
